Mission Statement of CEF:
To evangelize and disciple youth and families for Jesus Christ, in the context of urban community and neighborhood leadership.

Goals:
1. To preach the Gospel
2. To disciple Christians
3. To assist youth and families in educational and academic growth
4. To meet the needs, challenges, hopes and dreams of the whole child and teen

Objectives:
1. After school daily and weekly Bible clubs
2. Summer Vacation Bible Schools
3. Evangelism and discipleship training seminars
4. After school and summer meal programs
5. Basic life skills training
6. Family, career and addiction counseling programs
